A man's dead body was found on a cell tower in Wadena County, Minnesota.

As reported by KFGO last week, the man has been identified as 30-year-old Samuel Waln.

Waln's body was found after the Wadena County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a Jeep matching the description of a vehicle connected to a missing person case.

He had been missing since July 12.

His body was found early last Thursday (July 17), around 240ft (73m) above the ground on the cell tower.

Fox9 separately reported that an urban search and rescue team helped to recover the body, which has been taken for an autopsy and investigation.

Police don't suspect any foul play.
