The property, located in Aurora, Colorado, includes a large data center, a fully equipped state-of-the-art network operations center and office space. The property is served by two electrical feeders which can provide a total of 13MW of power and the potential to double that capacity. The project will be made available to the market during the fourth quarter of 2006 and each facility can be leased separately or as a whole.

The seller, T-Rex Capital, LLC is a major developer of residential, commercial and government properties throughout the US Headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut, the company is widely respected throughout the industry as a leader in delivering top-quality, high-caliber projects.
