This year’s DCD Asia Pacific Awards are now open, so it’s time to meet the winners from 2014 again.
The awards were presented at a gala event in Singapore Data Center Week in October, which gathered 250 senior industry professionals to honour the brightest and best.
The 2014 award winners were chosen from an unprecendented number of high-quality submissions from government organizations to global brands with data centers in the Asia Pacific region.
All entrants had to present their projects to a panel of four judges, after which their entries were re-scored to determine a winner. The results were based on the business and industry significance of the challenge addressed by the concept, creativity and innovation, effectiveness, and relevance to the wider industry challenges.
“Each year we receive exceptional entries from a number of key verticals, and this year was no exception,” said George Rockett, CEO and co-founder of Datacenter Dynamics. ”The quality of entries we have seen has undoubtedly raised the bar of excellence for the industry, and I look forward to seeing more such entries in the next instalment of Singapore Data Center Week”.
