Pieter Schaap is Soben’s Group Development Director. In his role, he is responsible for all workstreams associated with data centre project development, from pre-construction and construction to commissioning and operations. Working with a select group of influential global DC developers and operators, Pieter has been involved in some of today's most impactful data centre schemes around the globe.

Besides his data centre responsibilities, Pieter is a global sustainability leader, and at Soben, the subject matter specialist for all decarbonisation initiatives. His team is focused on creating meaningful partnerships with clients around the globe, driving innovation in project and cost management, design, construction and operations. Making sustainability affordable is always at the top of Pieter’s priorities and with a direct reporting line to the CEO, Pieter has helped Soben become a market leader in the data centre consultancy space.

Prior to Soben, Pieter was Supply Chain Director at Yondr Group, his first experience in the data centre industry after he worked in the oil & gas sector for over a decade, including various international postings.

Today, Soben works with some of the world’s leading organisations who work on high value and complex projects across six continents.

Mission critical engineering and Data Centres are engrained in the DNA of everything Colin has been involved in throughout his career. From starting off as a design technician with British Nuclear Fuels to his current role as Global Engineering Director for Deerns mission critical practice. Colin’s experience has been a mix of Consultancy roles and Client-side roles; working for some of the most respected firms in their fields and across a wide range of geographical locations. From highly secure financial projects in EMEA, APAC and USA; defence projects in New Zealand, through to current Hyper-scale projects for the three largest cloud providers in Europe, India, USA, APAC, and ANZ, and the Colo firms servicing these firms. He has been involved in the evolution of the industry over the past 20 years and feels with this range of experience and track record he fully understands what’s needed to provide leading data centre design products on a global scale.

Eva is Architect by training. She joined Hyphen in 2001 and became Director & Member of the Board in 2011, where she represents Iberia & LatAm operations.

She is responsible for the planning and implementation of Hyphen´s Latin American expansion and leads LatAm Business Set-up & Overview since 2013.

Eva is head of Hyphen DC Southern Cluster, Business expansion into southern Europe and LatAm T2 & T3 emerging markets and manages a specialised team to support our clients expansion into new markets.

Hyphen is DC sector specialist since late 90’s and has grown its industry expertise of over 20 years, training bespoke teams and supporting business growth across different markets.
