- Invite-only Session
Every Data Centre Build Is a Prototype. It Shouldn’t Be.
Data centre demand is scaling fast, but most projects are still delivered as bespoke one‑offs, with limited standardisation, inconsistent benchmarks, and little production control across programmes. Each build defines progress differently, schedules drift revision by revision, and lessons rarely transfer. Something thats manageable on a single site, can be costly and opaque across a portfolio. Join our hosts Buildots to explore the case for treating mission‑critical construction as a repeatable production process: standardising how work is defined and tracked, benchmarking performance using real project data rather than gut feel, and applying production control to surface under‑performance early enough to act. We’ll open with what schedule drift looks like when captured continuously on live data centre builds, and share findings from the Buildots Intelligence Lab, including benchmarks for key activities across global projects.
This session is by invitation only - If you are interested in being invited please email [email protected].
