Edge AI demand is accelerating as inference, IoT, and distributed compute push workloads closer to users. The barrier is no longer the use case but the ability to deliver thousands of micro‑clusters with consistency and cost control. Power‑tight sites, compact cooling, and connectivity constraints all matter, but so do supply chains, repeatable designs, and an operational model capable of managing dense, distributed nodes. The central question is whether the real limit on deployment velocity comes from physical infrastructure, logistics, or the maturity of the control plane.

This session will explore:

  • What “deployment at speed” requires across siting, power, cooling, and local connectivity
  • Whether physical constraints or deployment logistics are the primary bottleneck
  • How orchestration and automation determine whether thousands of small nodes can be operated
  • What a repeatable, industrialised delivery model for edge clusters must look like
