Quantum readiness is becoming a near-term infrastructure priority. Operators need to plan now for future hybrid quantum-classical workloads to avoid costly retrofits, stranded assets, and vendor lock-in. This session will explore how quantum-ready data centers can become a competitive differentiator, helping early movers attract advanced compute workloads and hyperscale investment in emerging digital hubs. It will also examine the Minimum Viable Infrastructure Envelope needed to host quantum systems without redesign, and the "no-regret" design decisions that can protect CAPEX under uncertainty.

Attendees will gain insight into:

  • How different quantum modalities shape infrastructure needs
  • Why vendor-neutral design and zoned architecture matter
  • How frameworks like the Quantum Infrastructure Readiness Index (QIRI) help benchmark infrastructure readiness
  • How phased roadmaps reduce risk from design to deployment
