We strongly encourage attendees to collect their badge early on Tuesday evening to avoid queues on Wednesday morning. Join us at the same time for our Icebreaker Party! A great opportunity to network and connect with fellow attendees ahead of the main conference days.

If you are attending the Connect event and/or Investment Forum, you can collect your badge at the Porte Cochere from 8:00am - 5:00pm on June 10 and 8:00am - 4:00pm on June 11.
Coats and luggage can be left with the hotel concierge in the hotel lobby. This is left at the owner's risk.
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi will be available. The network name and password will be displayed on signage around the venue.
- On June 10 & 11, Invite only lunches will be held from 12:30pm to 2:00pm in four separate rooms: Tabanan I, Tabanan II, Bangli I, Bangli II.
- A networking lunch buffet is available each day on the show floor in the Grand Ballroom. Additional coffee and light refreshment points are located throughout the venue.
- Lunch and refreshments will also be provided for Investment Forum and Leadership Summit attendees.
If you have specific dietary requirements such as Kosher, Halal or Vegan, please let us know in advance via our registration form.

Yes. The event will take place at The Grand Hyatt which offers accessible entrances, elevators, restrooms, and facilities. Delegates with specific accessibility requirements are encouraged to contact [email protected] in advance of the event.
The dress code for the event is business casual. Delegates are encouraged to dress professionally while remaining comfortable.

The Investment Forum is open to operators, investors and the supporting ecosystem involved in ongoing investment, financing and M&A activity within the digital infrastructure sector.

The Investment Forum will take place on June 10, the first day of the event. Please note that the Investment Forum pass also provides access to DCD>Connect on June 9,10,11.
The Investment Forum is located at The Grand Hyatt in rooms Karangasem I and II. Room Penida will host the Investment Forum lunch and the Negara room is designated as the breakout space.

Travel, Hotel & Visa
The most convenient way to reach the Grand Hyatt Bali in Nusa Dua is to fly into Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) in Bali. From there, it's a quick 25-30 minute journey by car. You can easily take an airport taxi or download the Grab app https://www.grab.com/my/download/) and order a taxi upon arrival.

Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Please check your country’s travel regulations for Indonesia and apply in advance if needed.
To attend one of our DCD events, we can issue a letter of invitation which is a document to support your visa application. Please email [email protected] with the name of the event and provide the following information:

Complimentary parking and valet parking are available on-site for all hotel guests and event attendees. As spaces can be limited, it is advisable to arrive early.

We recommend registering for your pass prior to the event however there will be passes available for purchase at the DCD Help Desk on the day. Please expect a delay in entry as your details need to be registered to issue your pass.
We offer a 10% discount on group Vendor passes (3+) purchased through our registration form. This is automatically applied to your booking.
If you have been invited by one of our Event Partners/Sponsors, please use the registration link and enter the invite code they provided to you. If you qualify for our Vendor pass, you are eligible for a 20% discount on your pass.

Event App
Yes, you will need to download our event app to retrieve your badge.
We launch our app on May 26 (for delegates) and you’ll receive an email containing your login details. You can download the event app from the Apple store or Play store or by searching ‘DCD Connect’ in your app store.
The app contains your QR code to collect your badge. You can also view the full agenda and full attendee list, and message and arrange meetings.

Speakers
You can submit a speaker application via this link. A member of our content team will review your submission and be in touch to discuss potential opportunities.
We offer a range of formats including panel discussions, keynotes, presentations, fireside chats, debates, interviews, and closed-door roundtables. Session length varies depending on format and programme structure
Confirmed speakers will receive a preparation call with their moderator (and fellow panellists where relevant) approximately four weeks before the event. This call will finalise discussion points and cover onsite logistics.
Speakers are featured on the event website and agenda, included in email campaigns and social media promotion, and displayed on onsite signage.

Our programmes are curated in consultation with industry advisory boards and senior stakeholders. Speaker selection is based on expertise, seniority, relevance to current market themes, and alignment with audience priorities.

After registering and receiving your confirmation email, you’ll get login details for the event app (available 3 weeks before the event). Your ‘My Badge’ QR code is in the app, scan it at Badge Collection to print your physical badge.
