The data center industry is entering a new phase, driven by AI-scale demand, where speed to power has become the defining competitive advantage. In 2026, data centers are no longer competing only among themselves. They are competing with renewables, utilities, and large-scale industrial projects for a limited pool of electrical infrastructure, including transformers, switchgear, and grid interconnection capacity.

Traditional, linear delivery models are no longer viable. The industry is shifting towards a factory-like, parallel execution approach, where design, manufacturing, logistics, and deployment happen simultaneously. The winners in this new race will not be those who build faster, but those who secure and orchestrate capacity across the entire value chain, from production to energization.

This session explores how integrated delivery models, early capacity securing, and industrial-scale manufacturing capabilities are becoming critical enablers for next-generation data center deployment.
