Event Attendees staying at the Grand Hyatt Dubai are encouraged to use the hotel concierge service for luggage storage after checkout. For those not staying at the hotel, a limited-space cloakroom will be available, but we strongly recommend travelling light.

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi will be available. The network name and password will be displayed on signage around the venue.

A networking lunch buffet is available on each day in the Show Kitchen, accessed via the Show Floor.

If you have specific dietary requirements such as Kosher, Halal or Vegan, please let us know in advance via our registration form.

Yes. The event will take place at Grand Hyatt, Dubai, which offers accessible entrances, elevators, restrooms, and facilities. Delegates with specific accessibility requirements are encouraged to contact [email protected] in advance of the event.

The dress code for the event is business casual. Delegates are encouraged to dress professionally while remaining comfortable.

The Investment Forum is open to operators, investors and the supporting ecosystem involved in ongoing investment, financing and M&A activity within the digital infrastructure sector. Please note that companies who qualify for our vendor pass (i.e. technology/service vendors, resellers and recruiters) are not eligible to attend our Investment Forum sessions.

Please note - If you hold an approved Investment Forum pass, this also grants you access to DCD Connect on October 26-27.

The Investment Forum will take place on October 27, the second day of the event. Please note that the Investment Forum pass also provides access to DCD Connect across both event days, October 26 & 27.

The Investment Forum will take place at the Grand Hyatt Dubai in rooms AI Ameera 1, 2 & 3.

Early Badge Collection will be open on October 25 from 5pm - 7pm in the Convention Center lobby for all attendees and standard badge collection takes place on October 26 from 8am - 6pm & October 27 from 8am - 4pm.

The most convenient airport is Dubai National Airport. The Grand Hyatt is easily accessible from the airport using the metro bus or the hotel's shuttle service.

Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Please check your country’s travel regulations for Dubai and apply in advance if needed.

On-site parking is available for guests at the Grand Hyatt. The hotel is conveniently located just 5km from the airport.

Hotel accommodation is automatically included in our Vendor Pass, which covers two nights at the Grand Hyatt Dubai (October 26 & 27).

For End Users, General Admission and Investment Forum attendees, the hotel is optional through our registration form. We offer a 50% discount on the hotel room for our main event dates (April 25, 26 & 27) when booking directly through this form.

We recommend registering for your pass prior to the event however there will be passes available for purchase at the DCD Help Desk on the day. Please expect a delay in entry as your details need to be registered to issue your pass.

We offer a 10% discount on group Vendor passes (3+) purchased through our registration form. This is automatically applied to your booking.

If you have been invited by one of our Event Partners/Sponsors, please use the registration link and enter the invite code they provided to you. If you qualify for our Vendor pass, you are eligible for a 20% discount on your pass.

Yes, you will need to download our event app to retrieve your badge. We launch our app on October 12 (for delegates) and you’ll receive an email containing your login details.

You can download the event app from the Apple store or Play store or by searching ‘DCD Connect’ in your app store.

The app contains your QR code to collect your badge. You can also view the full agenda and full attendee list, and message and arrange meetings.

Almost everything, from panels, presentations, debates, fireside chats, and much more. Session lengths will also vary depending on format.

Speakers will have preparation calls ahead of the event with their moderator (and panel, if applicable), approximately four weeks before the event, to finalise their discussion and run through onsite logistics.

Speakers will be listed on the event website and agenda, onsite holding slides, social media, and email announcements. Speakers will also receive their own social media banners to promote their participation in the event.
