Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi will be available. The network name and password will be displayed on signage around the venue.

A networking lunch buffet is available each day on the show floor. Additional coffee and light refreshment points are located throughout the venue. Lunch and refreshments will also be provided for the Investment Forum.

If you have specific dietary requirements such as Kosher, Halal or Vegan, please let us know in advance via our registration form.

Yes. The event will take place at the Fairmont Mumbai which offers accessible entrances, elevators, restrooms, and facilities. Delegates with specific accessibility requirements are encouraged to contact [email protected] in advance of the event.

The dress code for the event is business casual. Delegates are encouraged to dress professionally while remaining comfortable.

The most convenient way to reach the Fairmont Mumbai is to fly into Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (Terminal 2) in Mumbai. From there, it's a quick 3-5 minute journey by car. You can easily take an airport taxi to the hotel upon arrival.

If you are travelling from overseas to attend DCD Connect | India, you may need to obtain a visa before travelling.

We recommend applying for an e-Business Visa (e-B1 V), which is designed for business-related travel to India, including participation in exhibitions, trade fairs and business fairs, as well as business meetings.

To apply for an e-Business Visa, you will need:

• A copy of your passport photo page
• A copy of your business card

The e-Business Visa (e-B1 V) application may state that an invitation letter is required. An invitation letter should not be mandatory for your application, so you do not need to request one from DCD.

The e-Business Visa (e-B1 V) covers participation in exhibitions, trade fairs and business fairs, as well as business meetings. Referring to your visit as attendance at a “conference” may fall under a different visa category.

You should apply through the official Government of India e-Visa portal.

We recommend applying well in advance of your travel dates to allow sufficient time for your application to be processed.

Complimentary parking and valet parking are available on-site for all hotel guests and event attendees. As spaces can be limited, it is advisable to arrive early. The hotel also offers two electric vehicle charging stations.

General Admission Pass: for digital infrastructure analysts and sales & marketing professionals.

We recommend registering for your pass prior to the event however there will be passes available for purchase at the DCD Help Desk on the day. Please note that there is a 2 working day turnaround after registering for our admissions team to review your pass.

If purchasing/registering for your pass at the Help Desk on the day, please expect a delay in entry to the event as your details need to be registered to issue your pass.

We offer a 10% discount on group Vendor passes (3+) purchased through our registration form. This is automatically applied to your booking.

If you have been invited by one of our Event Partners/Sponsors, please use the registration link and enter the invite code they provided to you. If you qualify for our Vendor pass, you are eligible for a 20% discount on your pass.

Yes, you will need to download our event app to retrieve your badge.

We launch our app on May 26 (for delegates) and you’ll receive an email containing your login details. You can download the event app from the Apple store or Play store or by searching ‘DCD Connect’ in your app store.

The app contains your QR code to collect your badge. You can also view the full agenda and full attendee list, and message and arrange meetings.

We offer a range of formats including panel discussions, keynotes, presentations, fireside chats, debates, interviews, and closed-door roundtables. Session length varies depending on format and programme structure

Confirmed speakers will receive a preparation call with their moderator (and fellow panellists where relevant) approximately four weeks before the event. This call will finalise discussion points and cover onsite logistics.

Speakers are featured on the event website and agenda, included in email campaigns and social media promotion, and displayed on onsite signage. Each speaker also receives a personalised social media banner to promote their participation.

Our programmes are curated in consultation with industry advisory boards and senior stakeholders. Speaker selection is based on expertise, seniority, relevance to current market themes, and alignment with audience priorities.
