He has transacted in excess of AUD$1BN on behalf of hyperscalers, colo operators, developers and government clients. His previous engagements have included acquisitions, capital raising, development management, leasing and divestment.

Swati is Chief Investment Officer, DCI Data Centers. With over a decade of experience across banking, private equity and data centers, Swati has directly led growth and expansion for DCI in APAC and previously for STT Global Data Centers. Prior to this, Swati also worked with Blackstone Real Estate in Singapore and London and credits her varied experience for igniting her life long passion for building long term businesses while keeping an eye on the detail. Swati holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai and MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Yaniv Ghitis is a renowned investment specialist in Asia Pacific with considerable experience in originating, structuring, negotiating and executing M&A and capital markets transactions across the region, including in Greater China, Southeast Asia, India, Korea, Japan and Australia.

Prior to joining Digital Edge, Yaniv worked at J.P. Morgan for 17 years in their Hong Kong, New York, London and Tel Aviv offices. Most recently, he served as Managing Director and Co-Head of J.P. Morgan Technology, Media and Telecom Investment Banking in Asia Pacific, where he advised and raised capital for some of the most impactful technology and digital infrastructure companies in the region.

A native of Israel, Yaniv holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Economics and a Masters of Arts in Economics, both from Tel Aviv University.

Prior to CapitaLand, Eugene held several roles in investment and portfolio management at Ascendas-Singbridge (ASB). Before joining ASB, he was Head of InfoComms & Media at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and responsible for industry development and investment promotion of Singapore’s digital services sector.
