The Human Element - Project lessons learned
This DCPro>Think Tank, brought to you in partnership with Operational Intelligence, brings together experts from across the data center construction ecosystem, to share their experiences of working on projects in their various roles of client, design consultant, contractor and operations, and explore the challenges and pitfalls typically encountered.
The objective of this closed-door virtual workshop is to examine how well knowledge is transferred between different project stages and stakeholders, and the impact of this on facility performance and total cost of ownership. The session will incorporate interactive polls to identify wider industry trends and understand common issues and how to address them. All discussions will be held under the Chatham House Rule.
