Toward the self-driving data center
Episode 2 Keynote: Roadmaps and benchmarks - What does a robust strategy look like?
Staying connected 24/7 has become a key demand of consumers and businesses. As such, data center capacity requirements continue to increase in line with the new-normal. Over the next 20 years data center capacity is expected to double. What does this mean for sustainability?
With energy usage firmly under the microscope, data centers need to be more sustainable throughout their full lifecycle: design, build, operate, and maintain. During this session, we’ll explore the areas of environmental impact for a data center, the enormous pressure on global players – from customers and government regulators who expect and demand sustainability, and discuss the four key drivers required to enable sustainability in data center operations.
This session took place on December 7, 2021
