Can the digital infrastructure industry realistically address its inherent diversity issue?

With one fifth of data centers believed to not employ any women at all, the female workforce remains a huge potential pool of talent that can bridge the skills gap at a time when the data center sector is under an unprecedented amount of pressure in terms of non-stop construction, technology innovation and need to meet sustainability goals.

In this episode, industry experts will consider what is holding the sector back, and what can be changed. What practical steps do data centers need to take to make a real change in the critical infrastructure workforce? And how can data centers be an attractive place to build long-term careers?
