How do you build an infrastructure to support 400G in the data center? And why would you want to?
400GbE is coming, along with a host of challenges for data center operators. As you look to build out 400GbE network infrastructures, trends already evolving with 100G will dramatically accelerate with 400GbE. But while there have been numerous “big picture” perspectives on the move to 400GbE, little has been said about the tools, designs and solutions that will be required to engineer the shift and whether or not you really need to. In this session, Jim Young from CommScope will discuss the driving factors behind these architectural changes and where infrastructure plays a role and why.
