Former CEO of AMPLY (bp) and Green Charge (ENGIE)Vic Shao builds energy companies at the point where the grid can’t keep up. He founded AMPLY Power (fleet EV charging, acquired by bp in 2021) and Green Charge Networks (distributed storage, acquired by ENGIE in 2016). He later spent a stretch on modular DC power for large loads that can’t wait on interconnection.
