Global publishing giant, Thomson Reuter is rumoured to be considering the construction of a new datacenter in Eagan Minnesota, having only recently opened a $50 million datacenter in the town. The company already has two existing datacenters in the state.
The 80,000-square-foot complex sits in the northwestern corner of the 273-acre campus off Minnesota 149, just north of Data Center F. Building H opened in March and has recently been unveiled officially.
About two-thirds of the building is dedicated to keeping it powered and cooling the servers.
