The decree was signed by the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdymukhamedov on January 13 during a government meeting focused on driving the country's digital economy.

Turkmenistan has outlined its intentions to grow its digital economy as part of its "Concept for the development of the digital economy in Turkmenistan in 2019-2025" scheme.

It's expected that the contract will be implemented soon, added the report.
