AI is transforming the data center industry beyond any expectations, almost turning it upside down, as data centers are increasingly built purely with an unpredictable future in mind. How are hyperscalers planning their 3-5 year data center strategy when so many struggle to see just 1 year ahead?

From enterprise-owned data centers designed to maximise privacy, security and edge inference, to hyperscale AI factories pushing the boundaries of AI model development and raw computing power, how can the data center industry as a whole look to plan for any number of possible futures?
