Connect | MENA // iM Women Welcome Brunch

The session is designed as an interactive co-creation brunch bringing women and men together as equal contributors to rethink the future technology workplace. The central idea is simple: if we were building a new workplace from the ground up, what would fairness, inclusion, opportunity and high performance look like from day one?

Join iM Women for an interactive workshop focused on addressing the challenges faced by women in the data centre industry and fostering solutions for a more inclusive future. Through insightful discussions and collaborative brainstorming sessions, we'll explore key topics including gender bias and stereotyping, access to training and professional development, and the lack of representation in leadership positions.
