As AI accelerates demand for higher-density compute across the Middle East, operators are having to rethink how existing and new data centers are planned, designed and upgraded. This panel will explore the practical challenges of modernising infrastructure for AI, from adapting power and cooling capacity to shifting layouts, electrical systems and facilities for rapidly evolving workloads. It will also examine how prefabrication and modular solutions can help operators upgrade and scale capacity faster, with less disruption.
With new demands new considerations around facility design, water use, heat rejection and operational practices - particularly in the region’s challenging environments. The discussion will consider how Middle Eastern operators can modernise at speed while creating flexible infrastructure capable of supporting the next generations of AI.
