Human Error Zero is all about reducing the errors that humans make. You can generally categorize human errors into two buckets: errors that the vendor makes (think software and hardware defects), and errors that the customer makes (think configuration and procedural issues). In this presentation, I will discuss the three pillars that contribute to reducing human errors: the right architecture, building a culture of quality, and implementing the right approach to automation.
