The Data Center Technician Certification (DCT) is an industry-recognized certification that validates a technician’s ability to work confidently and safely within mission-critical environments.
By achieving the Data Center Technician certification, the learner will gain the crucial skills that are required to operate day-to-day in the data center with technical confidence and situational awareness.
This certification is ideal for technical staff looking to improve their current skill set, validate their expertise, or transition to a more hands-on role.
How to achieve this certification
To achieve the Data Center Technician Certificate (DCT), the learner must complete 16 dedicated modules within the Foundations of Mission Critical Infrastructure course.
The course is delivered online through our Learning Experience Platform and is self-paced, allowing learners to conveniently achieve this certification around their busy schedules.
Following the completion of the necessary modules, the learner will receive the Data Center Technician certificate, which is valid for two years.
Learners can then recertify by completing 8 hours from our recertification content library, providing a continued educational experience.
