DCP covers all the fundamentals on how, why and where data centers are being built with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability. Learners spend 42 hours with expert instructors and other industry peers gaining a valuable, communal educational experience.

Current DCP holders are made up of engineers, IT consultants and specialists, DC service managers and various other positions from the data center and data center service industry. This credential track is recommended for data center professionals or those who want to gain a better understanding of the most important considerations and trends in the data center industry.

By successfully completing the 2 required instructor-led courses that make up this credential pathway, you will be awarded the DCP credential that you can use after your name in the public domain. You will also earn 42 CPD/PDH points which can be used against other professional memberships and certifications. We will provide you with a digital badge and certificate which can be shared with your network, as well as a print-quality certificate. How long is the credential valid?

The DCP credential is valid for two years from the date of issue. Prior to the date of expiry, in order to maintain your credential, you must enroll in and complete the DCP recertification pathway. You can find more information about DCP Recertification here.
