How can skills & development training enable the data center workforce of the future?
The way data centers are operated has shifted over the past few years. As this changes, so too must the skills needed by its workers. Furthermore, with the industry facing a workforce crisis, it is absolutely critical that the sector is drawing in as much fresh talent as possible, so that there is a pipeline ready to replace those who retire and leave.
In this episode, expert panellists will discuss what steps they are taking in terms of learning & development to ensure that they are meeting their organization’s skills requirements, and how data center operators can make sure that they are prepared to meet the demands of the future. Speakers will explore how training & development can open up a potential future talent pool from those in other industries looking to make a move. What industries can the data center sector look to for transferable skills that can benefit digital infrastructure? And how can skills & development training help to cast the net wider, and address the skills gap while improve representation from women and minority groups?
