I have accumulated more than 30 years of experience as senior executive in the hospitality

industry, real estate, corporate finance sector and capital markets in Spain and Europe.

✓ Digital Valley Project, which I joined as CEO. Digital Valley will develop a 750

has. sustainable technological campus in the Madrid region.

✓ First Growth Real Estate, which I joined in December 2019 as Senior

Consultant for Spain and Portugal. First Growth Real Estate is a Debt Advisor

based in London.

➢ In 2019 I was CIO (Chief Investment Officer) at GMA exclusive manager of ATOM

SOCIMI Hotels. ATOM is the biggest Spanish hotel-REIT: 22 properties, 5,328 keys and

its GAV is ovér €550 M.

➢ From 2016 to 2018 I was Managing Director at Aina Hospitality (AH), which I joined in

April 2016. AH is a Luxembourg-based fund focusing on value-add investments in hotels

across Europe. It was launched in 2014 in partnership with Edmond de Rothschild with

€150 M of équity and is now fully invéstéd (8 propértiés in 7 countriés). AH ́s GAV arisés

up to €300 M.

➢ From 2000 to 2016 I was at AC Hoteles, now AC Hotels by Marriott, which he helped

grow to become the 3rd city hotel group in Spain with up to 110 hotels:

✓ From 2011 to 2016 I served as Managing Director of AC Hoteles (hotel owner

and operator) and CFO of AC Hotels By Marriott (hotel management company).

As such, I was in charge of the management of more than 110 hotels, i.e., circa

10,000 rooms, and over 3,000 employees,

✓ From 2007 to 2011, I served as Managing Director of AC Hoteles (hotel owner,

hotel operator and hotel management company),

✓ From 2000 to 2007 I served as CFO of AC Hoteles (hotel owner, hotel operator

and hotel management company).

During my time at AC Hoteles / AC Hotels by Marriott, I personally supervised the acquisition

of 70 hotels in Spain (purchased as single assets or portfolios) as well as the design and the

implementation of related value creation strategies. These 70 properties were either directly

intégratéd in thé group’s portfolio to bé sélf-managed or alternatively sold (10 properties) and

eventually leased-back by the group. I also led the negotiations to lease up additional 20

properties in Spain. In addition, he supervised the acquisition of 17 hotels in Italy and Portugal.

➢ Previous work experiences include senior roles at Arthur Andersen in Spain as well as an

Associate position in the Investment Banking department of Bankinter in Spain.

I hold a Masters’ dégréé in Tax Law from IE Business School and holds Bachelors’ dégréés both in

Business Administration and in Law from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE).
