Jack Pearce
CEO, Bergen Engines Inc. USAJack Pearce is CEO of Bergen Engines Inc. He also serves as Special Projects Manager for parent company Langley Holdings plc, undertaking various group level assignments. A mechanical engineering graduate from the University of Manchester in the UK, Jack began his career with Langley in 2016 with Piller Power Systems’ subsidiary in Sydney, Australia, where he project-managed Tier IV UPS system installs at leading Hyperscalers. In 2018 he moved to Austin TX to head operations at Active Power, becoming CEO in 2021. At DataCloud Global Congress 2025, Jack will present how Langley’s Power Solutions Division can help Hyperscalers overcome grid availability delays and accelerate large-scale data center deployment. Jack is married and currently lives in Austin TX with his wife and their seven-month-old son.
