If you are attending the Connect event and/or the Investment Forum, badge collection will take place on the 3rd floor from 9:00 AM on Wednesday, 6 May, and from 8:30 AM on Thursday, 7 May.

If you are attending the Connect event and/or the Investment Forum, the registration desk will be located on the 3rd floor and will be open on both days. To collect your badge, you must present the QR code of your digital badge, which is available only in the Event App. Please make sure to download the app in advance.

  • May 6 (Opening Day): Registration will open at 9:00am. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to ensure a smooth check-in process.
  • May 7: Registration will open at 8:30am, allowing participants enough time to register comfortably before the activities begin.

A staffed cloakroom will be available on both days, starting from the moment registration opens and remaining in service until the closing of activities in the expo area.

Throughout the event, attendees will have access to a variety of complimentary refreshments, including:

  • Coffee & snacks stations
  • Food & beverages throughout the day

Additionally, some exclusive networking sessions will also include dedicated catering to ensure a comfortable environment for meetings and conversations.

Yes. The event will take place at the Marriott Marquis Times Square, which offers accessible entrances, elevators, restrooms, and facilities. Delegates with specific accessibility requirements are encouraged to contact [email protected] in advance of the event.

The dress code for the event is business casual. Delegates are encouraged to dress professionally while remaining comfortable.

The Investment Forum is open to operators, investors and the supporting ecosystem involved in ongoing investment, financing and M&A activity within the digital infrastructure sector. Please note that companies who qualify for our Vendor Pass (i.e. technology/service vendors, resellers and recruiters) are not eligible to attend our Investment Forum sessions.

Travel, Hotel & Visa

You can fly into Madrid–Barajas Airport or arrive by train at Atocha or Chamartín stations. Taxis, rideshares, and public transport are available to take you to the venue.

Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Please check your country’s travel regulations for Spain and apply in advance if needed.

You can access public parking from Av. de la Capital de España. There is no preferential rate for event attendees, as it is a public parking facility. No reserved spaces are available.

Parking fees are as follows:

  • Real-time rate: €3/hour (VAT included – charged by the minute)
  • Maximum daily rate: €27 (VAT included)

Opening hours: 6:30 AM – 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
On weekends and public holidays coinciding with activities at IFEMA Madrid | Palacio Municipal, the same rates and hours apply.

General Admission Pass: for digital infrastructure analysts and sales & marketing professionals.

Vendor Pass: for technology and/or service vendors, resellers and recruitment companies

We recommend registering for your pass prior to the event, however there will be passes available for purchase at the DCD Help Desk on the day. Please expect a delay in entry as your details need to be registered to issue your pass.

We offer a 10% discount on group Vendor Passes (3+) purchased through our registration form. This is automatically applied to your booking. If you have been invited by one of our Event Partners/Sponsors, please use the registration link and enter the invite code they provided to you. If you qualify for our Vendor Pass, you are eligible for a 20% discount on your pass.

Event App

Yes, you will need to download our event app to retrieve your badge.

We launch our app on April 20 (for delegates) and you’ll receive an email containing your login details. You can download the event app here or by searching ‘DCD Connect’ in your app store: Apple / Play store

The app contains your QR code to collect your badge. You can also view the full agenda and full attendee list, and message and arrange meetings. If you have any issues, email [email protected]

Speakers

Almost everything, from panels, presentations, debates, fireside chats, and much more. Session lengths will also vary depending on format.

Speakers will have preparation calls ahead of the event with their moderator (and panel, if applicable), approximately four weeks before the event, to finalise their discussion and run through onsite logistics.

Speakers will be listed on the event website and agenda, onsite holding slides, social media, and email announcements. Speakers will also receive their own social media banners to promote their participation in the event.

Event Partners/Sponsors

Your Event Coordinator will provide all details on registering your passes in the official Partner Onboarding Email. Please register your attendance as an Event Partner here, but if you have any questions about your pass allocation, please contact: [email protected]

This information will be included in your Onboarding Email sent by your Event Coordinator. Please contact [email protected] to check your remaining pass allocation and for details on purchasing additional passes.

After registering and receiving your confirmation email, you’ll get login details for the event app (available 3 weeks before the event). Your ‘My Badge’ QR code is in the app, scan it at badge collection to print your physical badge.

They will be your main point of contact and can assist with all logistical planning and preparation requirements.

Your Event Coordinator will include a comprehensive Event Partner Guide in your onboarding email. Please review this document carefully, as it outlines everything you need to prepare successfully for the event.

The guide covers marketing assets, key deadlines, shipping instructions, registration details, and the full show schedule. It also provides detailed information about your exhibition space, including guidance tailored to your selected stand type, build requirements, and other important logistical considerations.
