Lynch-Habib will begin the role on January 15, and will be responsible for all operating aspects of the business, the company confirmed.

She joins after a brief spell at InterCloud, and has held roles at the GSMA, Colt, AT&T, Arelion, and Lucent Technologies in the past.

She boasts over 25 years' worth of experience in her career, notably spending over a decade at US operator AT&T across many senior roles, and was chief marketing officer at both GSMA and Colt, according to her LinkedIn.

"Along with Stephanie’s global leadership experience, her advocacy, and efforts for strong women representation in the telecom sector is commendable and we welcome her contribution to euNetworks’ diversity and inclusion focus as well as in the wider industry," said Cogan, who is also joining the business in January.

euNetworks specializes in owning and operating 17 fiber-based metropolitan networks connected with a high-capacity intercity backbone, which covers 53 cities in 17 countries in Europe.
