An office and data center complex is up for auction in Memphis, Tennessee.

Via Ten-X and LoopNet, Cushman and Wakefield is offering 1810 and 1840 Pyramid Place for sale. The starting bid is $2.1 million, and the auction is set to run from June 10-12.

Set on 3.9 acres, the buildings total more than 241,000 sq ft (22,390 sqm). There is a data center located in 1810, as well as a 300kW diesel generator. Further specifications for the data center weren’t shared.

The site features a “reputable medical equipment company anchor tenant,” named as Medtronic. The company currently occupies just under 25 percent of 1810 Pyramid Place and just over 8 percent of 1840 Pyramid Place, as well as other buildings in the Nonconnah Business Park.

The property is described as “ideal for a company headquarters or multi-tenant operations.”

The four-story 1810 Pyramid Place was constructed in 1998 and spans 110,825 sq ft (10,295 sqm), while the six-story 1840 Pyramid Place was constructed in 2004 and spans 130,400 sq ft (12,115 sqm). The two buildings are conjoined with a connecting bridge.

1810 Pyramid Place, currently 24.6 percent occupied, features mail services and a document imaging center, sales training rooms and material storage, a reception lobby, and a data center. 1840 Pyramid Place, currently 39.5 percent occupied, features labs, an advanced manufacturing technology/testing center, an IT service center, a maintenance shop, an auditorium, and a cafeteria.
