A former healthcare data center is available for lease outside Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Via Loopnet, the facility at 140 Sipe Avenue in Hummelstown is being offered by Viva Realty for lease at $580,824 per annum.

The facility, available to be leased by one tenant or divided for multiple tenants, offers 32,269 sq ft (3,000 sqm) of space across two stories on a 1.2-acre lot.

The first story spans 18,500 sq ft (1,718 sqm) and the second story is 13,700 sq ft (1,272 sqm).

The property was first built in 1969 and renovated in 1992. Currently, it offers 500kW of IT capacity, expandable to 1MW.

The building was previously acquired by Penn State Health in 1987. The company shares operations with the Penn State College of Medicine, the university’s medical school.

Penn State Health sold the facility to Red 5G in 2021 for $1,025,000. The facility was vacant at the time of the sale as it was no longer required.

Harrisburg is also home to a data center operated by Elevated.
