Tony DeSpirito
Vice President, BGISTony DeSpirito is BGIS’ Vice President of Business Development for Critical Environments. His responsibilities include sales leadership, strategy, and client success within BGIS’ Critical Environments business throughout North America. BGIS is a global leader in the provision of facility management, project delivery, energy & sustainability, asset management, workplace advisory, and real estate services. With a combined team of over 7,000 globally, BGIS focuses on delivering innovative service solutions that create value for its clients.
A seasoned high-technology marketing and sales executive, Tony has deep domain expertise in enterprise software, managed services and data center design, build and operations. His previous position was Vice President/General Manager responsibly for Schneider Electric’s Global Data Center Operations business. Tony’s skills range from C-Level selling, relationships and complex enterprise solution development to operational leadership of both sales and operations teams.
Tony holds a BS in Mathematics from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and earned his MBA from the University of Rhode Island. He is a veteran of Desert Shield, Desert Storm and Provide Comfort Campaigns in Southwest Asia and was a decorated Combat Aviator while a Captain in the United States Air Force.
