Raiford leads the teams responsible for managing a large, rapidly-growing, global fleet of energy assets, developing unique structured products, creating innovative forecasting analytics, and overseeing community and economic development for Google's data center fleet. Raiford joined Google in 2019 after a 29-year career in energy and utilities, including executive positions overseeing complex, cross-functional transformation efforts. He is passionate about building sustainable data centers and transforming the energy industry. Raiford is a licensed North Carolina attorney, holds multiple patents for energy infrastructure technologies, and is a native of Savannah, GA.
