As the Founder and Principal of boutique investment banking advisory firm, Twin Oak Advisors, Laura advises small cap and middle market technology, media and entertainment companies seeking strategic advisory solutions as well as structured capital investment from institutional investors. Prior to Twin Oaks Advisors, Laura was the Head of Commercial Banking Technology, Media and Telecommunications Business at Santander Bank, N.A and worked at Aladdin Capital Management where she was Managing Director and Head of telecom, media and technology.

She earned a B.A. from American University and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University.
