Joseph works in Arup’s Resilience, Security and Risk Advisory. He specialises in assessing malicious threats to property, infrastructure and other built-environment assets. Joseph assists clients in the data centre industry by helping them identify and prioritise terrorism, protests and crime risks including insider threats. His expertise enables and informs his clients’ decision-making on how best to make their data centre facility, operations, infrastructure and business more resilient to malicious attack. His most recent talk was at the Data Centre World Conference London in March 2018 on the topic of ‘defending your data centre: a matter of life or death’. He is also the winner of the Dan Grove Award from the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS).
