He has been responsible for datacenter, cloud and business strategy at large governmental agencies and several international companies. As VP and Chief Cloud Officer at Avaya, he is responsible for the business and internal digital transition to cloud, across organisation, process and technology. Being a partner at EVO Venture Partners, he provides knowledge, experience and network as well as seed capital to turn great ideas from talented entrepreneurs into global defining technology companies. EVO VP focuses on game changing early stage startups in software based infrastructures, specifically in security, storage, virtualization, networking and cloud. He represents his employers in international industry groups such as The Open Compute Project & Open Datacenter Alliance. and the Cloud Security Alliance. He was also the international director EMEA & founding board member for non-profit organisation DatacenterPulse, and is a 1st Degree Master Mason at Infrastructure Masons. In 2016 he received validation for extraordinary abilities in the field of Datacenter & Large Scale IT (Cloud) by the US Gov.
