Franco is an accomplished Electrical Engineer with a master’s degree in Energy, PMP certification, and various qualifications from DCD. With over 10 years of experience in the field, Franco's career began with the development of critical systems for high-profile scientific facilities, including CERN's particle accelerator and the ESO telescopes in the Atacama Desert. For the past 4 years, Franco has been at the forefront of disruptive cooling technologies for data centers, enabling the deployment of next-generation GPUs while simultaneously reducing environmental impact and optimizing PUE.

Driven by a commitment to sustainability in the data center industry, Franco is currently collaborating with leading data center players across Southern Europe and Africa. His focus is on designing and implementing advanced cooling infrastructures that achieve the lowest possible PUE and carbon footprint through liquid cooling technologies but also enabling the datacenter business to be future-proof.
