    Michillay Brown is an accomplished professional with expertise in sustainable development, international relations, and transformative technologies. She joined STACK as the Vice President of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) for the EMEA region. In this role, Michillay is driving ESG initiatives, integrating sustainable practices and aligning STACK's operations with global standards.

    Previously, Michillay held a key position as a Corporate Relations Principal in the hydrogen division at Anglo American Global Mining & Metals company. She led corporate relations activities related to Anglo American's involvement in the global hydrogen and fuel cells economy. Michillay also played a significant role in developing Tracr, a traceability platform within the De Beers Group that utilizes blockchain and other technologies to ensure diamonds are ethically and responsibly sourced.

    With her deep commitment to sustainability and corporate governance, Michillay brings valuable experience in stakeholder management, ethical value chains, and transformative technologies to her new role. She started her career in sustainable development within the mining and metals sector in Johannesburg, South Africa. Currently based in London, Michillay's visionary leadership and dedication to driving positive change position her as an invaluable asset in advancing sustainable practices within the data center industry.

    Marie Chabanon has been Data4 Group's CTO since January 2018.

    After 20 years of experience in international companies such as Socotec International, Starbucks Coffee or GL Events, she brings to Data4 Group her expertise in the fields of large-scale project management.

    Prior to joining the group, Marie Chabanon also held the positions of Senior Consultant and then Market Manager for Southern France at APL, a consulting and engineering firm specialized in the design and construction of data centers. She was a member of APL's Executive Committee in charge of strategy.

    At Data4 Group, Marie Chabanon orchestrates the design and construction of data centers throughout the Group's platform.  As a member of the Executive Committee, she participates in development projects and is also a sponsor of the "Data4Good" sustainable development program.

    She is a signatory of the Women's Forum for Economy and Society's Charter for the fight against climate change, and campaigns for the development of women's leadership in the technical professions.

    Marie Chabanon holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA) in Lyon as well as an Executive MBA in Management and Business Administration from the EMLYON business school.

    Between 2006 and 2014, Jade held a number of roles within the U.S. government, including Senior Advisor for Internet Policy at the Department of Commerce's National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), and Director, Internet Public Policy at the State Department. She worked on international Internet public policy issues, including privacy and cross-border data flows.
