About the ACS Foundation

The ACS Foundation organises university work experience opportunities in the technology sector.   We bring together employers, universities, and students to create work placement scholarships, internships and graduate jobs.   Students receive fortnightly payments for the duration of their placement which they can use to support their education and further their passion and interest in technology. Students also value gaining industry experience which sets them up for future roles with employers. The ACS Foundation runs this program in partnership with over 200 Australian companies and 35 universities nationally.

Annually, we provide between 300-400 placements to undergraduate and graduate students who are studying ICT related degrees. 79% of our students have gone on to accept graduate placements with our partner companies such as IBM, Microsoft, TCS, First Data, Westpac, CBA, Western Power, Adobe, Motorola.
