What Dell did with Force10

Dell is pushing further into the networking space with “end-to-end” 10GbE support across its latest servers, storage and network products. It says the move, based on its purchase of Force10 Networks last year, is designed to help companies put more intelligence behind workloads, and enable the shift to cloud computing and virtualization.


Penny Jones caught up with the President of Dell’s Enterprise Solutions Group during his visit to the Twickenham Stadium yesterday, where Dell held its European Spring Launch, to find out how the network is changing in Dell’s portfolio, and how it is changing the company’s approach to the market.
