Data center tour: Thor Data Center in Iceland

AST CEO Henry Daunert takes this tour of the Thor data center in Reykjavik, Iceland. AST says Thor is its first fully loaded natural free cooling data center to achieve a maximum 1.14 PUE** during peak daytime hours and 1.07 PUE at night - measured from 100% of the total energy consumed by the data center.

**AST measures PUE from 100% of the total energy consumed by the data center, including: cooling MNFC consumption, UPS at efficient mode, efficiency transformer, electrical distribution and other minor consumption systems such as the control system, fire protection, etc.
