Meanwhile in the UK, Goldacre Ventures is building a data center campus at Kao Park, on the site where more than 50 years ago Sir Charles Kao developed a way to reliably send information down fiber optic cables - a discovery that won him the Nobel Prize for Physics in 2009.

We also look at HostDime’s seven story data center in Orlando, which will feature hotel-style rooms for overnight stay and drones as security guards.
