A former bank data center is up for sale in Kentucky.
Via LoopNet, Hart County Realty is offering 2708 N Jackson Highway in Canmer as up for sale for $174,950.
The 3,770 sq ft (350 sqm) single-story facility is described as a newly remodeled former bank ready to use as a bank or data center.
The site was previously occupied by regional provider Limestone Bank (previously known as Pioneer Bank). Founded in 1902, Limestone was acquired by Ohi-based Peoples Bank in 2022/2023.
A ribbon-cutting event for the Limestone Bank data center was held in September 2019. Limestone said it still owned the site in its 2022 SEC filings.
Canmer is an unincorporated community in Hart County, around 75 miles south of Louisville.
