Users of Samsung services experienced several hours of outages Sunday, which were reportedly caused by a fire that broke out in the company’s SDS data center in Gwacheon, a city in Korea’s Gyeonggi Province.

The Korea Herald reported that the fire started around noon on the building’s fourth floor and spread to floors above. Cause of the fire had not been determined, and Samsung promised to actively cooperate with authorities during the investigation.

The company released a statement saying there were no casualties. One third-party contractor injured when a wall collapsed.

The outage affected a number of services on the company’s website, including internet payments and search, Samsung said, apologizing for the inconvenience it has caused for its customers.
