ISG has been awarded a construction management contract to fit out a new, low energy datacenter in the North East of England. ISG will be on site from September 2008 and it is anticipated that the project will take approximately 13 months.

Due to the high specification and technical expertise required on this assignment, the project will be managed from London with a London team specifically relocated for the duration.
The contract value is £75 million.

David Lawther, CEO of ISG plc comments: “This is a significant project that has specialist requirements and reflects our technical expertise. It also demonstrates the continued appointment of ISG plc to large-scale projects and follows on from our recently announced £50 million pre-construction agreement to fit out KPMG’s new UK HQ building in Canary Wharf and the London 2012 Velodrome.
