Digital Realty has bought Telx (we’re still not sure how to pronounce that) for $1.9 billion. The deal includes space Telx occupies in the urban giants, two beautiful Art Deco towers in New York. It could have far-reching consequences, as Digital Realty - a REIT - absorbs a retail colocation business.
