The site at 111 Town Square Place has a fully redundant power architecture with a capacity of up to 12MW.

The facility comes with the usual security amenities, including integrated CCTV, biometrics, and a cross-zoned fire protection system. Cooling is provided by a N+1 closed loop cooling tower plant with free cooling capabilities.

“ColocationGuard’s expansion into Northern New Jersey is based on feedback received from businesses in a variety of industries, including internet carriers, healthcare, and financial services, and will provide data center customers with a direct path to New York,” said Ray Sidler, ColoGuard CEO.

“Whether looking to increase their disaster recovery capabilities or utilize additional colocation options, customers in Northern New Jersey now have the bandwidth necessary to remain ahead in the marketplace.”

ColocationGuard is also the owner of Brooklyn’s only data center, having added 30,000 square feet of space to the facility in April 2015.
