Room booking information

We have a preferential room rate at the Lancaster London Hotel of £170.00 Single Occupancy and £186.00 Double Occupancy. Rates are per room per night, exclusive VAT but inclusive of buffet breakfast.

To make a room booking:

• Go to www.lancasterlondon.com
• Select your date of stay (13th December 2012) and click on BOOK NOW
• Under the Promo/Corporate Code tab along the top tick the Promo/Corporate Code box and enter DATA131212 and then update
• Select Data Centre Dynamics Awards and follow the booking instructions

Please note: All reservations require credit card guarantee at time of booking. This credit card will only be charged in the event of non-arrival or late cancellation. Please note that the cardholder must be present with the card at the hotel at the time of stay. No 3rd party payments are accepted. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty.
