The leaders of the data center industry in the US and Canada have been recognized, as the winners of the 2016 DCD US & Canada Awards were revealed in New York.

The Awards, which honour the achievements of companies and individuals across the data center industry, were announced at a gala dinner in New York’s Marriott Marquis Hotel. Part of a unique global series recognizing the most outstanding projects, teams and professionals in the field, the Awards have previously been won by some of the world’s leading data center brands & owners/operators, including Facebook, Sabey, Citi, RagingWire and Yahoo.

This year our independent judging panel of industry experts selected a stellar group of finalists from a strong pack of Awards entries. Narrowing down that list to the final winners, they looked for success, leadership, innovation and best practice in data center projects, people and teams.  The finalists are all leaders in the field and can be proud of their achievement.

Each of this year’s Winners displays a deep and profound understanding of the challenges facing our ever increasingly connected world – and are a sound bet to be the most influential thinkers and innovators as the industry moves forward.
